烤汁鸡翅膀
材料:
鸡翅膀
腌料:
HEINZ BBQ SAUCE 适量
姜汁少许
酱油适量
蜜糖少许
1)将全部的腌料搅拌均匀,记得要先试味。
2)将鸡翅膀洗净,倒入腌料,一定要盖过鸡翅膀,然后将它密封,放入冰箱冷藏一天。
3)把鸡翅膀膀取出,锅放油烧热,把腌好的鸡翅膀放下去煎至两面焦黄,熟透即可。
